I purchased a painting (print on board) by the artist Brett James Smith from Savers (4849 Central Avenue NE, Minneapolis, MN).
The painting, titled "Morning Encounter," captures a serene moment at dawn as a man gracefully releases a duck decoy into the shimmering waters.

Purchase price: $2.99

I painted a rubber duck on the painting, and then returned this "new" artwork back to the same thrift store on 03/19/2023, around 4:21pm.
